New Year
to
all and may it be a year of joy, happiness, success and lots
of “Green Living”.
The
Sustainable Living Festival is once again scheduled for the
first half of this year at Southern Cross School and will be
held over the weekend of the 30th April – 2nd
May. We suggest you put this date firmly into your new
dairies so as to ensure that you do not miss it or any of the
wonderful workshops, activities and concerts planned for this
year.
As
with the last 2 years, we aim to bring you loads of
information, entertainment, creative ideas, constructive
opportunities and a general understanding of what is available
and what can be done to “green our lives” and lessen our
impact on the environment around us, while still having fun as
well as living a lifestyle that we may prefer.
For
those that are not particularly swayed by the “Green
movement” just yet, there is the very successful cycle race
on the Saturday morning that is held through the Raptor’s
View and Zandspruit wildlife estates as well as the annual
concert on the Saturday night. As with the previous
years star performances of Mango Groove and Freshlyground, we
have a line-up of equal quality in store and will be
“letting the cat out of the bag” towards the end of
January. Watch this space and book early to ensure
availability. As with previous years we will also be
selling the VIP tables directly in front of the stage which
will entitle you to a table for 10, supplied with drinks and
snacks as well as being serviced by waiters and waitresses
throughout the concert.
For
anyone wishing to participate in the festival, please contact
us with your requests or requirements asap. You can
email us on

We
will continuously be sending you all updated and information
on the festival between now and April to keep you abreast with
all that you can look forward to and plan ahead for.
Have
a great year and we look forward to seeing you at the festival
Many
thanks

Sustainable Living Team
